• Microwave inside and out
• Fronts of all appliances to include stainless steel where applicable
• Countertops and Sink cleaned and disinfected
• Remove all visible residue on cabinets
• Mirrors, glass, and fixtures cleaned and shined
• Dust all furniture and kitchen items
• Ceiling fan dusted
• Dust window sills and frames
• Wipe down backsplash
• Dust baseboards – hand scrub if necessary
• Cobwebs removed at ceiling and corners
• Floors vacuumed and mopped, hardwood cleaner if applicableKitchen/ Laundry Room

 BATHROOMS

• Bathroom vanity cleaned and disinfected
• Toilet and Tub cleaned and disinfected
• Shower and bathtub cleaned and disinfected to include tile walls and glass doors
• Mirrors and fixtures cleaned and polished
• Mold and Mildew treated
• Floors vacuumed and mopped
• Cobwebs removed at ceiling and corners
• Dust baseboards – hand scrub if necessary
• Cabinet fronts cleaned
• General dusting

 LIVING - DINING - BEDROOMS - FAMILY ROOMS - OFFICE - SUN ROOM

• Cobwebs removed at ceiling and corners
• Ceiling fan dusted
• Dust with microfiber cloths on furniture and baseboards
• All articles on furniture dusted individually
• Window sills wiped down
• Mirrors, glass, and fixtures cleaned and shined
• Picture frames dry dusted
• Floors and Area rugs vacuumed and mopped; hardwood cleaner if applicable.
